Food & Beverage Manager

Arecibo are recruiting for a dynamic resort Food & Beverage Manager for our client, a busy 4 star hotel and golf resort in the heart of Cheshire. The resort has benefited from a new kitchen and the client vision is to continue to invest and develop the resort.
As the Food & Beverage Manager, the successful candidate will oversee all aspects of the food and beverage offering, playing a pivotal role in shaping the guest experience. We are seeking a seasoned professional with strong managerial experience in a similar venue, coupled with a keen understanding of corporate KPIs and a hands-on approach to operations.
Key responsibilities will include:
Managing stock levels and implementing company standards to ensure consistent quality and service.
Developing and overseeing staff rosters to meet operational demands.
Collaborating with the Head Chef to design seasonal menus and execute special events.
Leading the recruitment and management of Food & Beverage staff, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
