Food & Beverage Coordinator

T he Award winning hotel and team are now recruiting: Food & Beverage Coordinator
This role will co-ordinate and oversee all reservations in our 2AA rosette La Brasserie restaurant and cocktail bar. You will also be responsible for reservations in The Arkle 3AA rosette Resturant, which is our fine dining concept restaurant, headed up by our Executive Chef, Elliot Hill. Our fabulous restaurants are at the heart of our hotel.
As the Food & Beverage Coordinator you will handle all incoming Food & Beverage reservations ranging from bookings to queries whilst also maximizing sales. As you will control all restaurant bookings, you will manage the flow of each dining service by co-coordinating and organising the layout and occupancy of our award winning restaurants. Occasional hosting in the restaurant will be required. Liaising with the team regarding menus.

We use Res Diary, Opera, experience if possible, if not full training given
