We have a fantastic new vacancy for a Food and Beverage Supervisor in the brand new Maldron Hotel Brighton.
We are looking for a talented Food and Beverage Supervisor to deliver excellent levels of customer satisfaction and join our upbeat hardworking team. Our brand-new 225-bedroom 4-Star Maldron Hotel is one of the latest additions to the Dalata Group family, situated in the vibrant heart of Brighton. Our hotel offers a variety of new exciting facilities, engagement imitative for staff as well as plentiful learning and development programs.
As a Food and Beverage Supervisor, you will lead the team in ensuring seamless operations and impeccable customer service across our dining outlets. From managing day-to-day activities to facilitating and implementing service standards, your work will be integral in creating memorable moments and return custom from our guests. Objective of the Role
Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager, the F&B Supervisor will provide a friendly and efficient service to the hotel guests.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Regular guests are known and greeted accordingly using their name.
Ensure a good working knowledge of food and wine. Be able to make recommendations.
Oversight of day-to-day operations, ensuring a seamless service
Be friendly, courteous and professional at all times.
Up-sell and maximise sales revenue whenever and wherever possible.
Ensure service is running alongside health and safety compliance
Requirements:
Previous hotel experience in a 3/4-star hotel property is desired but not essential.
Previous experience in a high volume/ fast paced environment.
Fluent English and excellent communication skills.
Micros Experience would be preferable.
Experience leading teams
