Your main responsibility will be to oversee the daily operation of the restaurant, working alongside senior management and team members, to ensure that the highest level of customer service is being delivered and the expectations of our guests are consistently exceeded.

Prior experience as a Restaurant or F&B supervisor in a fast paced, luxury venueDemonstrate a key passion for Food and Beverage Extensive knowledge of food, drink, quality products and ingredientsUnderstanding of the current market and an idea of who our potential competitors arePrevious experience managing, leading, motivating and developing a teamStrong communication skills Excellent attention to detail
Duties and Responsibilities
Oversee the general day to day management and running of the restaurant and barEstablish strong and professional relationships with our guestsDeal with any complaints and be capable of transferring that information to the F&B Manager Ensure we are compliant at all timesWork alongside the Food and Beverage manager to ensure a smooth and high quality serviceConduct daily briefings with the teamMaintain staff retention Why join Firmdale Hotels?
