Food and Beverage Manager

JSW have an exciting opportunity to join a large independent 5* Hotel & Spa with multiple food and beverage offerings. This hotel is in a stunning location on the coast of Llandudno and has a good reputation for it’s standards and service. The hotel holds numerous leisure events throughout the year and consistently delivers amazing food and amazing customer service.
This position recruits directly to the F&B Director and you would have full autonomy to run the day to day operation of a fine dining restaurant, casual dining restaurant along with coffee lounge, juice bar and events space. We are looking for an experienced F&B Manager who is strong on process and paperwork but can also motivate, coach and mentor a large team. Ideally you will have a background in 4/5* Hotels, Cruise Ships, Holiday resorts or similar and as a person you will be a dynamic and approachable leader.
