We are delighted to now be collaborating with a brand new opening luxury hotel located in Yorkshire. They are looking for an experienced Food and Beverage Manager who is a natural-born leader to inspire and enhance their Food and Beverage offering.

£45,000 per annum plus service charge and a bonus scheme

Responsibilities as the Food and Beverage Manager
Carrying out effective recruitment, training, and leadership of the team
Working closely alongside the talented Head Chef and kitchen team to ensure an unforgettable food offering
Ensuring produce from the hotels wonderful kitchen garden is utilised
Going above and beyond to ensure the team delivers the ultimate guest experience
Taking the lead for stock, labour, and general expenditure, including working on budgets
The coastal retreat is currently undergoing a spectacular refurbishment; therefore this Food and Beverage Manager role provides an unmissable opportunity to grow and progress with the hotel and elevate your CV.
