Food and Beverage Manager Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all food and beverage operations within the hotel, ensuring high standards of quality and service are maintained
Manage and train the food and beverage team, fostering a culture of professionalism, respect, and excellence
Develop and implement menus and beverage lists that reflect the hotels luxurious and traditional ambiance, in collaboration with the culinary team
Engage with guests to gather feedback, resolve issues, and ensure a memorable dining experience
Coordinate with the events team to manage catering for weddings, conferences, and other events, tailoring offerings to meet specific guest needs
Monitor financial performance, including revenue and expenditure, to meet or exceed budget goals and maintain profitability
