You will have knowledge of Opera Micros Guest Res Diary, or asimilar restaurant reservations system along with experience of working in a5-star hotel/resort is essential along with leading multiple departmentMangers. Toexcel in this role, you will also need plenty of drive, be a forward thinkerand a strong team player. WHATYOU’LL DO … AsFood & Beverage Manager you will work closely with the Food &Beverage Director to oversee the day to day operations of a selection of our Restaurants,Bars, In Room Dining and On Course Catering. The position will includeoverlooking all key areas of service, standards, quality assurance andensuring the achievement of optimum profitability and maintaining thefinancial control of the outlets.Youwill take responsibility for developing ways of increasing quality of servicein order to exceed our guest’s expectations.
