Responsibilities in your new role as the Food & Beverage Manager

• Supervise the food and beverage department of the hotel, ensuring exceptional standards of service throughout


• Collaborate closely with department heads to streamline operations effectively


• Contribute to menu development and design, aiming for enticing and profitable offerings


• Conduct training sessions to enhance staff skills and cultivate a supportive workplace atmosphere conducive to growth


• Enforce strict adherence to health and hygiene protocols, prioritizing the safety of both staff and guests
