I am recruiting for a Food & Beverage Manager. This role provides a great opportunity to progress into a General Manager position in future.What will my role involve?Delivering on all commercials – payroll 2 sales, revenue, GP%Recruit, lead & train your teams to deliver exceptional customer experiencePlan, organise and deliver events to drive revenueEnsure safety compliance from the cellar to the kitchenDuty Manager shifts across the whole venueDelivering operationally brilliant environments that will make someone’s experience the best ever!What do we need from you?Experience managing high volume bar and food led unitExperience managing costs, wages and revenue streams in a multi venue environmentExperience leading & developing a large teamFood Hygiene Level 3 Qualification is desirableBIIAB Level 2 (Personal License) is desirableYou will be driven by delivering an amazing experience to the guests on site in an environment where no 2 days are the same. You need to have a hands-on, can-do attitude with excellent communication skills. Not only will you be taking ownership of the operations of the facility you will also be responsible for leading and developing your own team.We are looking to speak to ambitious candidates who are looking to work for a company with excellent progression opportunities.
