Job Title: FM Electrical Supervisor

Location: Birmingham (Static Role)

Are you an experienced electrician with leadership skills, looking for a stable and rewarding role in Birmingham? CBW are recruiting a dedicated Electrically biased Supervisor to oversee a team of engineers in a commercial property. This is a static role with no on-call rota, offering an excellent work-life balance and the opportunity to make a significant impact in a key position.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and lead a team of 3 engineers, ensuring efficient and effective maintenance and repair of electrical systems within the commercial property.
Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily work schedules and tasks, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure the reliability and safety of electrical systems.
Provide technical support and guidance to the engineering team, troubleshooting and resolving complex electrical issues.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inspections, and repairs.
Collaborate with property management and other stakeholders to address and prioritise maintenance needs.
Ensure adherence to health and safety policies, promoting a safe working environment for all team members.Requirements:

Proven experience as an electrician, with a strong background in commercial property maintenance.
Previous supervisory experience, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
Comprehensive knowledge of electrical systems, maintenance practices, and safety regulations.
Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Relevant electrical qualifications (e.g., City & Guilds, NVQ, or equivalent).Benefits:
