FLT Driver/ Stores Person

Mid Kent

£12.90 - £13.50 per hour (DOE)

3 Month Temp contract (possibility of extension)

Monday to Friday (40 hours per week)

Immediate Start

An exciting opportunity has arisen as we are currently recruiting for a FLT Operative/ Stores Person to work with our client based in Mid Kent.

Duties for this position include:

Order picking and loading onto vehicle

Delivering and collection of parts from sites and suppliers

Receiving all deliveries, checking goods and distributing to the correct area’s within the warehouse.

Liaising with internal departments and suppliers regarding stock and deliveries

Safely Operating the Forklift Counterbalance to load and unload goods

Ensuring that Health and Safety standards are adhered to at all times.

The successful candidate will have/ be:

Previous experience within a similar role

A strong understanding of English both verbal and written

In date Forklift Counterbalance licence (inhouse licence not accepted due to insurance)

Full UK Cat B Licence (no more than 3 points due to insurance)

Able to adhere to tight deadlines

Motivated and reliable with a positive work attitude
