Counterbalance Forklift

We have a fantastic opportunity for candidates for  Temporary to Permanent positions available for Forklift Counterbalance Drivers. Our client is based in the Grimsby area, unfortunately due to location you need to have your own transport. The role is to work on day shift with overtime available. After 12 weeks the job may become permanent for the right candidate.

This is a full time ongoing role working Monday to Friday day shift,

Hourly rate to start is £11.44 per hour.

Some duties as a Forklift Counterbalance driver are:

Expert in safely handling and moving loads and materials.
Conduct thorough pre-shift inspections to ensure equipment readiness.
Loading and unloading vehicles
Warehouse duties
Filling relevant documentation and checking delivery notes
Following instructions
Requirements:

Valid counterbalance forklift licence
Proven experience operating a counterbalance forklift.
Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations
Ability to perform equipment inspections,
Attention to details and a focus on efficiency.
We would like to speak with you if you have a  valid counterbalance forklift licence, warehouse experience, picking and packing skills. Please note you will need to have Safety boots and a Hi-viz vest to apply for this role.
