Crewe (CW1)

£12.52 per hour

We are looking for an experienced FLT Counterbalance Driver to join our client based in Crewe (CW1).

Working 12 hour Night Shifts on a 4 on 4 off basis. The main purpose will be to accurately, safely and timely pick and load finished products.

Responsibilities for the FLT Counterbalance Driver:

• Maintain high standards of hygiene and housekeeping at all times according to the Hygiene procedures to keep the working environment clean and safe and to ensure the delivery of safe products.
• Supply product and packaging as required to the Secondary packaging area.
• Support Production as and when required.
• Prepare pallets for despatch
• Operate the pallet shrink wrapper
• Load / Assist the loading of trucks
• Complete paperwork in a correct and readable manner to ensure total Traceability according
• Work in a safe manner and follow the Health & Safety policy and procedures
• Any other duties required by the business

Essential:

• Possess an RTITB or ITSSAR (or equivalent) licence – in date.
• Knowledge Skills
• Ability to communicate confidently
• Reliable
• Computer Literate especially Excel
• An understanding of Health and Safety Legislation
• Attention to detail
• Excellent numerical ability
• Ability to work as part of a team or on own initiative
