Reporting to the Workshop Manager, you will be working with both the rentals and sales teams to repair fleet and sales vehicles, fit accessories to vehicles and perform warranty work. Restore vehicles as part of the refurbishment programme to prescribed standards.Fit accessories as part of fleet repairs and sales requirements.Ensure all assigned daily tasks are actioned in a timely manner.Work as part of the team to achieve productivity targets.Assisting with the upkeep and cleaning of the branch sites and premises.Actively participate in the thl Health and Safety system.About you:EducationTrade certification or experience in areas such as carpentry or panel beatingBoat building type backgroundCriteria (advantageous) Worked with the exterior and interior of motorhomes and caravans in the pastExperience in woodwork/cabinet makingCriteria (expected)Ability to work unsupervised.Being responsible for the quality and completion of own tasksAbility to follow instructions and requests as directed.Basic computer skillsExcellent command of English - both written and spokeWillingness to learn new tasks/skills.Participate in training/development activities to improve personal and team knowledge and service provision.Contribute positively to team morale and service delivery.Adaptability to changing environment.Assist specialised crews as required.Full valid driver's licence.Benefits and perksWe offer a very competitive wage alongside amazing company benefits.You'll be a part of a flexible work environment that lives and breathes travel and experiences.Want to go on a road trip with your friends and family?
