Come and join us on our journey.We are seeking a high energy, detailed focussed Fleet and Property co-ordinator with exceptional organisational and people skills to keep our wheels turning and our facilities in good working order. This is a pivotal role that engages with all levels of the business and holds key relationships with our external suppliers for property and fleet. It is an exciting opportunity to support one of the fastest growing electricity distribution companies in New Zealand and a true cornerstone of our community.Reporting to the Procurement Manager, you will have proven experience in scheduling, customer engagement and ideally fleet and/or contractor administration. Providing exceptional customer service to our internal customers and the ability to schedule and manage suppliers, this role will be the key to keeping our fleet moving and ensuring our new premises are well maintained. Critical to this role is to deliver scheduled maintenance for our fleet and our property, optimise our fleet usage, engage with both internal and external stakeholders.
