Due to the unique nature of their business they have a complex fleet of vehicles which includes c. 70 long-term leased vehicles, plus hundreds of requirements per year for hire vehicles which could be required for either a few days or medium to long term hire depending on the projects that they are required for. As such, they are looking for an experienced Fleet Manager to take over this position from the encumbent individual who is leaving after in excess of 10 years with the company.Due to the complexity of the fleet and their requirements, they are looking for an experienced fleet manager who will take complete ownership of the fleet including supplier negotiations, service level agreements, fleet insurance and all other aspects of the fleet including accidents, insurance claims, dealing with any parking fines and more.While Fleet Management is the primary objective of tihs role, once the chosen candidate is fully in control of the fleet, there are many other areas of the business for this individual to get involved with including Facilities Management of all sites, and more.If you are looking to join a great organisation where you will have the opportunity to grow and develop then we want to speak to you.
