Job Title: Fleet Insurance Advisor
Job Location: Manchester
Job Salary: �25,000 - �30,000 DOE
Hours: Mon-Fri, 9am - 5:30pm

Fleet Insurance Advisor Position:
As a Fleet Insurance Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in providing comprehensive insurance solutions to businesses with a focus on fleet coverage. Your primary responsibility will be to assist clients in understanding their insurance needs, crafting tailored policies, and ensuring they have the right coverage for their fleet operations. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with a strong customer service orientation and a desire to grow in the insurance industry.
Key Responsibilities
1. Consultative Sales: Engage with business clients to understand their fleet insurance requirements and recommend suitable coverage options.
2. Customer Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and addressing any concerns or inquiries promptly.
3. Risk Assessment: Evaluate and analyse potential risks associated with fleet operations to offer proactive risk management advice to clients.
4. Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities for cross-selling additional insurance products and services to meet clients' evolving needs
Qualifications
* Previous experience in insurance, preferably in a role related to fleet coverage.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to understand and analyse complex insurance policies.
* Customer-centric mindset with a focus on providing excellent service.
* Advantageous to have experience using Acturis
