This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our transport fleet.

The Role:

As a Fleet Co-ordinator, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the day-to-day operations of our transport fleet. Your role is crucial in ensuring that our vehicles are maintained, drivers are managed, and logistical challenges are met with effective solutions. This position requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

* Scheduling and coordinating maintenance, repairs, and inspections for all fleet vehicles.

* Managing driver schedules and ensuring compliance with transport regulations.

* Keeping accurate records of vehicle maintenance, fuel consumption, and mileage.

* Liaising with suppliers and service providers to ensure timely and cost-effective solutions.

* Monitoring and managing fleet performance metrics to optimize efficiency.

* Handling administrative tasks related to fleet management, including invoicing and reporting.

* Responding to and resolving any issues or emergencies related to the fleet operations.

What We're Looking For:

* Previous experience in fleet management or a related role within the transport industry.

* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

* Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.

* Proficiency in using fleet management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

* A proactive and problem-solving mindset.

* A full UK driving licence is desirable.
