Job Description Key responsibilities include but aren't limited to Provide consistent support to our internal and broader teams, nationwide.Work in our Key 2 Fleet Management System, a dynamic system encompassing all Fleet related tasksManaging compliance dataResponsible for organising Group Vehicle Requirements (Spot Hire/ Rental/Contract Hire)Managing Tolls, CC, ULEZ Accounts for the GroupAdministration of forms and associated Fleet documentsMonitor and keep Telematics systems updated and produce utilisation reports monthly/ weeklySupport Fleet Manager with monthly reporting and other duties when requiredOversee maintenance schedules, issue Purchase Orders The Successful Applicant The successful candidate will; Possess Outstanding written and spoken communication skillsProficient with Microsoft office 365 - Word, Excel, SharePoint, Teams etcExcellent organisational & time management skillsGood organisational and time management skillsSelf-motivation, with the ability to confidently work and independentlyKnowledge of Microsoft Excel Pivot Tables & VBA would be beneficial What's on Offer On Offer for the candidate is: Continuous personal development opportunitiesOn-site training on a regular basis Competitive salary and yearly appraisalsImmediate start
