Position: Fitter / Fabricator

Type: 2 Months Contract

Location: Silverstone

Salary: £15.68 (PAYE) Plus Holiday Pay – £1.89

£19 Umbrella

Working Hours:

Monday-Friday: Monday – Friday 7am-5pm

Responsibilities as a Fitter / Fabricator:

• You will be part of an experienced team responsible for the Manufacturing, Repair or Modification of Units and Products in a workshop environment.
• This will involve the assembly, Installation of large Fabricated items.
• You will be tasked with the assembly, bolting, drilling, cutting fabricated items.
• This will be done using hand tools.
• You will also be tasked to do basic fabrication- bending and cutting.
• There will be Minimal welding.

Candidate Requirements as a Fitter / Fabricator:

• Experience within a fitting and installation environment.
• Fabricating large heavy items in a Manufacturing/Engineering
• A SHAE gas card would beneficial however they can help you obtain one by putting you through a course.
• Be able to read engineering drawings.
