Now, after assembling an experienced team they have opened our doors to everybody from all walks of life and any background.A Little Bit About What You'll Be Doing...Delivering and assessing high quality courses in accordance with standards, awarding organisation and inspection expectations giving learners a memorable and effective learning experienceEnsure full compliance with planning and evaluation requirements including lesson plans and schemes of work. ensuring that differentiation strategies and techniques are employed in all sessionsThoroughly guide learners through their portfolio enabling them to complete units accurately and on timeAccurately track all written assessments and practical assessments and collate evidence of student achievement for verificationMonitor learner’s ILP’s, ensuring ILP reviews are actioned as per the timetable and all ILP paperwork is completedA Little Bit About You...
