Role: First Line Support Engineer
Location: Manchester, City Centre (AMAZING OFFICE)
Salary: £20,000-£25,000
A UK200-listed law firm are looking for a First Line Support engineer to join their team on a permanent basis. This company has been shortlisted for various awards and is recognized across the UK as a brilliant employer, this opportunity will be perfect for a passionate and ambitious individual with a desire to develop and grow.
In this position you will act as a Service Desk Analyst, resolving 1st Line tickets for onsite and remote users. This opportunity allows the successful candidate to work with the latest technologies and genuinely progress. A recent success story has seen one of their service desk engineers moving to their development team.
