Firmware Engineer

Location: Chesterfield, Derbyshire (4 Days' Per Week On-Site) Overview of Business & Opportunity:
This well-established company has been designing and manufacturing electronic products in-house for over 40 years. They are now looking for another Firmware Engineer to strengthen and add value to their existing team which consists of a variety of Software, Electronic & Mechanical Engineers.
Their products use some of the latest technologies to ensure their highly desired status in the market. Key Experience:
•Write and Debug Embedded C •Basic electronic principals •Can use and operate test equipment to validate firmware (e.g. Oscilloscope, D.V.M, ICE, Simulators). •Knowledge of I2C, SPI protocols. •Firmware architectures for low power operation. •Report writing Requirements, specifications, verification/validation documents. Education:
- Degree in a relevant area such as Electronic or Electrical Engineering
