Fire Stoppers

Fire Stoppers required to start immediately on various refurbishment schemes in the Worksop area.

The Client

Our client is a large main contractor based in Leeds who operates around Yorkshire, North West and the Midlands specialising planned works, re-roofing, EWI, kitchen and bathrooms schemes on behalf of various councils, housing associations, health care facilities and education establishments.

Job Role

This contract is carrying out the following, these duties will vary depending on the type of work:

• Penetration sealing - riser cupboards, communal corridors and loft spaces
• Fire batt and mastic sealing work
• Fire barrier work
• Compound sealing to slab and walls
• Smoke sealing
• Compartment work
• Installation of fire breaks

This contract is set to run for 3 months work but could be extended. The working hours are 8am - 4:30pm with a 30 minute break, Monday to Friday.

The hourly rate is �18 per hour Umbrella/CIS.

There is on street parking available.

Requirements

• CSCS Card
• NVQ Level 2 Passive Fire Protection - Desirable
• Previous Experience
• Transport
• Own Tools
• Must be able to provide 2 x check able references if you haven't worked with Fawkes & Reece before
