Our client is a leading provider of Fire and Security solutions, dedicated to ensuring the safety and security of their clients. As they continue to grow and expand their services in Leicestershire and surrounding areas, they are seeking a committed and experienced Fire Alarm Install/Service Engineer to join the team.

Purpose of the role:

As a Fire & Security Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in the team, focusing primarily on Fire Install/Service with expertise in GENT panels. While experience in Security is advantageous, it is not mandatory. If you are not already FIA qualified, the company is willing to support your qualification process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct top-level Fire Installation and service on a wide range of GENT panels.
• Installation, Service & Maintenance of Fire Alarms, CCTV, Intruder, Access Control systems.
• Oversee and participate in small works and installation tasks.
• Ensure all install/service tasks are completed efficiently, accurately, and within established timelines.
• Collaborate with other team members to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Maintain a high level of technical knowledge and stay updated with industry best practices.
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and standards.
• Travel to various client locations in Leicestershire and surrounding areas.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience in Fire & Security ideally with expertise in GENT panels.
• Fire Alarm, CCTV, Intruder and Access Control experience.
• FIA qualification is a bonus, and we are willing to support the qualification process.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A commitment to safety and adhering to industry standards.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
