Fire Safety Contract SupervisorLocation: Cornwall, UKDuration: 18-month ContractSalary: £50,000 per annum plus outstanding benefits including a high pensionOur client is a leading housing association dedicated to ensuring the safety and well-being of their residents across Cornwall. As part of their commitment to fire safety, they are seeking a diligent and experienced Fire Safety Contract Supervisor to join their team for an 18-month contract.Responsibilities: Oversee and manage fire safety works conducted by contractors, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards. Supervise fire compartmentation, fire door works, fire extinguisher installations, and other related activities Conduct regular site inspections to assess the quality of workmanship and adherence to safety protocols. Coordinate with contractors, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution of fire safety projects Provide technical expertise and guidance on fire safety matters to ensure the highest level of safety for our residents.Requirements: Proven experience in fire safety management or supervision, preferably in the housing sector Fire Safety Qualifications Strong understanding of fire safety regulations, codes, and standards Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with contractors and internal stakeholders Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
