Fire Risk Assessor

We are actively looking for a Fire Risk Assessor to join a housing association in Warrington for the Merseyside, Cheshire and Greater Manchester regions on a permanent basis. In return you will receive flexible working hours, hybrid working, 28 days annual leave plus bank holidays and pension scheme.As the Fire Risk Assessor you will be:Carrying out a type 1, 3 and 4 fire risk assessment program in domestic housing, care and support schemes and other properties where housing has responsibility.Evaluate existing fire risk assessments.Identify hazards and risks associated with fire in general and specialist buildings and processesReport fire risk issues including any directly related to awareness of reporting arrangements for residents and occupantsQualifications / Experience:Experience of working as a Fire Risk Assessor within residential housing and care schemes including the application of PAS 79.NEBOSH Fire CertificateLevel 3 in fire risk assessmentsCompleted a minimum of 20+ Fire Risk Assessments within the last12 monthsMinimum of 3 years' experience of undertaking fire risk assessmentsAs the Fire Risk Assessor you will receive:Salary: £41,565 (£45, 940 is achieved after 12 months successful performance in the role)35 working hours a week, Monday to FridayHybrid working28 Days holidays plus bank holidays.Pension schemeFlexible working optionsMileage coveredHome based with travel to siteWe are keen to see CV's from Fire Risk Assessor, Fire Safety Advisor, Fire Risk Consultant and Fire Safety Officer.If this sounds like you and you would like to apply for the position call Ellie on 07488 866707 or send over your updated CV to ellie @ niyaapeople.co.ukJBRP1_UKTJ
