Our client is a leading specialist in fire risk advisory works, providing fire risk assessments to residential properties ranging from London to the Midlands.They've been through a lot of growth since their inception 5 years ago, and due to the growth are seeking a skilled Fire Risk Assessor to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing fire risks in residential environments and providing recommendations to ensure compliance with safety regulations.Responsibilities:- Conduct fire risk assessments in residential buildings- Identify potential fire hazards and evaluate existing fire safety measures- Develop and implement fire safety plans and procedures- Provide recommendations to mitigate fire risks and improve safety measures- Collaborate with clients to ensure understanding of assessment findings- Stay updated on fire safety regulations and best practicesExperience:- Proven experience in conducting fire risk assessments- Knowledge of system design and build related to fire safety measures- Familiarity with relevant fire safety regulations and standards- Level 2/3 qualified- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesIf you are passionate about fire safety and have the expertise in assessing and mitigating fire risks, we invite you to apply for this rewarding position.
