(more avaialable on package request)An exciting oppotunity has arisen at one of the UKs leading property consultancies who are looking to further expand their team due to some new exciting project wins which has lead to a large acquisition of various gold standard clients.
They are therefore looking to recruit an additional fire risk assessor to be based in their Hebburn office and cover the surrounding area. Successful candidates should possess relvant experience carrying out fire risk assessments and obtain relevant fire safety qualifications. Regualr site visits to conduct risk assessments
To be proactive to ensure that work is delivered on time by all areas of the business; keeping in regular contact with line mamangers to inform them of any relevant activity
Undertake passive fire surveys and fire door surveys
Advise clients on the H&S aspects of buildings/construction
Drafting and submission of top quality reports to clients, with the addition of offering feedback to clients based on findings
Stay on top of fire legislation/policies Experience and skill required
5+ years experience conducting fire risk assessments
Outgoing individual with the ability to communicate effectively within a team
HNC or equivalent in a H&S, Fire Engineering or Built Environment subject OR nationally recognised FRA training course at a minimum level 4
willingness to travel asdespite this position based in London it will require occassional national UK travel
Relevant fire safety qualification/ membership (such as NEBOSH (fire), FPA qualifications, IFE or IFSM membership)
