Fire Project Surveyor

We are actively looking for a Fire Project Surveyor to join a housing association in Wiltshire on a fixed term contract for 14 months. In return you will receive hybrid working, flexible working hours, mileage expensed and opportunity to be extended.
As the Fire Project Surveyor, you will be:

• Managing and delivering the fire safety projects including fire safety, lift replacements, fire doors, compartmentation and sprinklers
• Working closely between the project delivery team and surveying team
• Surveying the residential properties across Wiltshire, Oxfordshire and Gloucestershire
• Ensuring all work is completed within budget and met to H&S requirements and legislations

Experience and qualifications:

• Previous fire safety background
• Experience completing surveys on residential properties
• Social housing or public sector experience
• Project Management background

In return as the Fire Project Surveyor, you will receive:

• �42,000-�50,000
• �750 car allowance
