Fire Door Contracts Manager

We are currently recruiting for a Fire Door Contract Manager to join our clients thriving team on a permanent basis. 

Our client is a well established contractor within the passive fire protection and fire doors industry, searching for an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee a wide range of projects.

The role will involve:

• Managing client accounts ensuring long term relationships are developed and maintained


• Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental requirements at all times


• Manage & oversee BMTrada Certification ensuring full compliance


• Keep customers informed on business service offerings to assist company growth


• Manage projects from inception to completion including pricing, surveys, coordinating design, auditing to include quality assurance and certification, meeting deadlines as required


• Develop & manage internal admin team including recruitment & on boarding, performance reviews and coaching

Skills & experience:

• The successful Contracts Manager will have a proven track record with extensive knowledge within the fire door/carpentry industry (BMTrada)


• Excellent commercial awareness


• Client facing experience with good communicational ability


• Experience in managing operational teams to ensure works are completed on time and to high standards

Working hours:

• Monday to Friday 40 hours per week (flexible start/finish times)
