  • Perform carpentry work during night shifts for the construction of a health center, ensuring compliance with BM TRADA standards and regulations.

  • Work with the construction team to interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the layout, materials required, and procedures to be followed.

  • Execute precise measurements and cuts to assemble, install, and repair wooden structures and fixtures according to project requirements and safety standards.

  • Collaborate with other tradespeople, such as electricians and plumbers, to ensure seamless integration of carpentry work with other construction activities.

  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to health and safety protocols to prevent accidents and ensure a hazard-free environment for all workers.



Qualifications:




  • Proven experience as a carpenter in commercial construction projects, with a focus on healthcare facilities preferred.

  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications.

  • Familiarity with BM TRADA standards and regulations, with a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship that meets or exceeds these standards.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in measurements and cuts, ensuring precision and quality in carpentry work.

  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues from diverse backgrounds and trades.



Working Conditions:




  • Night shifts for a duration of one month.

  • Construction site environment with exposure to various weather conditions and potential hazards.

  • Adherence to safety protocols and use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is mandatory.
