Fire Compliance Manager

We are actively looking for a Fire Compliance Manager to join a housing association in the London area on a permanent basis. As the Fire Compliance Manager, you will be:
Registering all high risk buildings and ensuring the organisation stays compliant in all areas of fire safety
Providing fire safety advice to the team being the subject matter expert
Reviewing fire strategies and implementing any appropriate changes
Carrying out site audits, overseeing the fire safety contracts and building strong relationships with clients
Experience / Qualifications:
Social housing / residential experience
Currently working in a senior fire safety position
Extensive fire safety knowledge
Contract management experience
In-depth knowledge of housing construction and fire systems
Previous experience leading a team
IFE graduate membership or Diploma in Fire Safety
As the Fire Compliance Manager, you will receive:
£64,084 - £75,381
