Fire Compliance Manager

We are actively looking for a Fire Compliance Manager to join a housing association in the London area on a permanent basis. As the Fire Compliance Manager, you will be:

• Registering all high risk buildings and ensuring the organisation stays compliant in all areas of fire safety
• Providing fire safety advice to the team being the subject matter expert
• Reviewing fire strategies and implementing any appropriate changes
• Carrying out site audits, overseeing the fire safety contracts and building strong relationships with clients

Experience / Qualifications:

• Social housing / residential experience
• Currently working in a senior fire safety position
• Extensive fire safety knowledge
• Contract management experience
• In-depth knowledge of housing construction and fire systems
• Previous experience leading a team
• IFE graduate membership or Diploma in Fire Safety
