is an ambitious fire and security safety SME, experiencing a period of growth
through acquisition and a highly driven and collegiate leadership team.An additional
Business Development Manager is required for this independently owned group of
businesses who design, install, maintain and monitor electronic Fire &
Security systems.They are now looking for an experienced
and ambitious Business Development Manager to cover the Home Counties and
Greater London areas.One of the nation’s
trusted commercial security and fire protection partners for UK businesses,
they are accredited by SSAIB, UKAS and BAFE and have been providing complete
and compliant security and fire protection for over 20 years.Unrestricted by
area or industry sector, you will be responsible for developing new and
existing client relationships with exceptional management, design and support
to build your pipeline and achieve annual sales in excess of £500k. The position
requires high levels of self-motivation, a highly organised individual with
exceptional communication skills. In return you’ll get an industry
competitive salary, a company car and on targets earnings giving you the
potential to earn £70k per year, alongside a generous benefits package to boot.
What we are looking for·
You’ll ideally have a proven track
record of understanding client requirements, designing effective integrated
security and fire systems, while maintaining and developing client
relationships·
An accomplished Sales and
Design Consultant career with a proven track record within an independent
business and exceeding a sales target·
You will need to evidence a
good working knowledge of regulatory requirements, compliance standards and
British Standards ·
You will be a team player
with ambition and a “hunter” mentality What’s on offerIn return
