Location: Bristol, Bath, Cardiff, Gloucster

Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 per year

Key Responsibilities:


  • Conduct routine maintenance and repairs to Fire Alarms, Emergency Lighting, and other life safety systems, including fault finding and emergency call outs.
  • Produce defects and condition reports of customers’ systems and equipment to enable the Operations Team to accurately price and plan remedial and repair works.
  • Maintain effective communication with customers and back office to ensure all parties are fully informed of system status.
  • Provide informal advice to customers to improve fire safety and ensure understanding of fire alarm and emergency lighting systems.
  • Accurately record all activities on company software system, including capturing photos and updating asset registers.

Qualifications and Experience:


  • Full UK driving license
  • Experience servicing and fault finding on Fire Alarms and Emergency Lighting
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Exceptional time management skills and ability to work under pressure
  • Willingness to learn, act with integrity, professionalism, and responsibility
  • UK-recognized training certificate relating to Fire Detection and Alarm systems would be beneficial
