Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine maintenance and repairs to Fire Alarms, Emergency Lighting, and other life safety systems, including fault finding and emergency call outs.
- Produce defects and condition reports of customers’ systems and equipment to enable the Operations Team to accurately price and plan remedial and repair works.
- Maintain effective communication with customers and back office to ensure all parties are fully informed of system status.
- Provide informal advice to customers to improve fire safety and ensure understanding of fire alarm and emergency lighting systems.
- Accurately record all activities on company software system, including capturing photos and updating asset registers.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Full UK driving license
- Experience servicing and fault finding on Fire Alarms and Emergency Lighting
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Exceptional time management skills and ability to work under pressure
- Willingness to learn, act with integrity, professionalism, and responsibility
- UK-recognized training certificate relating to Fire Detection and Alarm systems would be beneficial
