Job Responsibilities:
As a Fire Alarm Engineer at Polyteck, you will be responsible for:
Conducting routine service and maintenance checks on fire alarm systems, ensuring optimal functionality and compliance with industry standards.
Carrying out commissioning tasks for new installations, including testing, programming, and troubleshooting of fire alarm systems.
Responding promptly to client requests for system repairs and providing effective solutions to any technical issues that may arise.
Collaborating with team members and clients to ensure clear communication and efficient project execution.
Documenting all service and commissioning activities accurately and maintaining comprehensive records of work performed.
Qualifications and Skills for a Fire Alarm Engineer We Are Searching For:
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills:
A minimum of 2 years of experience in servicing and commissioning fire alarm systems, with a strong understanding of relevant codes and regulations.
Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving technical issues related to fire alarm systems, including detection devices, control panels, and peripheral equipment.
Familiarity with a range of fire alarm system brands and models, with the ability to adapt to various product specifications.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
