A well-established global fire alarm and lighting OEM are looking to hire a Regional Sales Manager to cover the South-Eastregion(Middlesex, Surrey, Kent, Sussex,South London,and Hampshire)on a permanent basis.
This is a primarily a key account management role with responsibility of c£3m of customer spend. Themain focus of the role will be to establish and maintain strong business relationships with both existing and potential clients to drive product salesand territory revenue.This will involve a variety of existing customers including national distributors.
Key tasks will include:
Managing and developing a portfolio of existing key accounts to increase revenue.
Driving new sales and pursuing new business opportunities.
Increasing product exposure through marketing events, trade shows, etc.
Working closely with internal departments and stakeholders up to director level.
Identifying and supporting the resolution of customer requirements and concerns.
In order to be considered for this position, candidates must have relevant experiencewithin a B2B sales environment and technical knowledge ofselling similarelectricalsystemsor products(fire alarm systems, CCTV,lighting,access control). The position might be suitable for a Sales Manager, Business Development Manager, Account Manager or Sales Executive.
The position is home based with 3-4 days a week out visiting customers across the region.
As well as a competitive salary, the position comes with a car or car allowance, bonus structure up 30% of salary, 32 days holiday, company pension scheme up to 10%, and private healthcare.
