Project Manager - Fire Alarms & Fire Suppression
Basic salary up to £45,000 (potentially negotiable)
Car allowance of £5k to £5.5k
The Fire Protection company we represent boasts nearly a decade of operational expertise. They specialise in Gas Suppression services tailored for high-end clients and also offer comprehensive coverage for Fire Alarm systems. Their clientele includes a diverse range of Data Centres and Commercial sites.
In response to sustained growth, they are currently seeking an additional Project Manager to join their team.
Responsibilities of a Project Manager
To manage Projects from start to finish, including Quotes, Ordering of equipment, RAMS, and Management of Engineers
Project values ranging from £50k to £250k
Managing multiple projects at one time, depending on value
Sites being mainly Data Centres
Predominantly Gas Suppression, with some Fire Alarms. We can consider Fire Alarm Project Managers that wish to broaden their knowledge to Suppression systems
Managing from 2 to 6 engineers per project
