Fire Alarm Engineer - Manchester - �32k-�40k per annum

Are you an experienced Fire Alarm Engineer looking for a new opportunity in Manchester? Our client is currently seeking a skilled professional to join their team. As a Fire Alarm Engineer, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, primarily focusing on small works and maintenance, with occasional installation and commissioning duties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting maintenance and repairs on existing fire alarm systems.
• Installing and commissioning new fire alarm systems as required.
• Diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues with fire alarm systems.
• Conducting site surveys and assessments to determine the best course of action for new installations.
• Collaborating with other team members and departments to ensure the timely completion of projects.
• Providing training and support to clients on the operation and maintenance of fire alarm systems.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Previous experience as a Fire Alarm Engineer.
• GENT training is ideal.
• Experience with AOV/smoke vents is advantageous.
• Strong technical skills with a thorough understanding of fire alarm systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Full UK driving license.
