Your main responsibility will involve providing top-tier technical support across their product range, addressing field issues, complaints, and actively contributing to improvements in manufacturing reliability and serviceability.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assist in return processes to expedite product modifications and improve reliability.
  • Promote additional services and products to customers, supporting business growth.
  • Implement strategies to optimise service efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Handle complaint escalations promptly and professionally.
  • Stay updated on product developments through regular training sessions.

Requirements:

Essential:

  • Previous Fire Alarm experience is essential.
  • Basic knowledge of electrical and communication systems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and goal-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills in various mediums.
  • Possession of a full driving license.
  • Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.

Desirable:

  • FIA Unit 5 certification.
  • Familiarity with servicing and maintaining alarm/communication systems.
