Finishing Manager

Tier 1 Contractor Finishing Manager Leeds, West Yorkshire £35k - £40k + Competitive package Our client is a long established and reputable tier 1 contractor who work across multiple disciplines including commercial, leisure, mixed use developments, apartments and leisure. They are currently building a prestigious “build to rent” residential scheme in Leeds city centre and are seeking an experienced Finishing Manager to work alongside senior management in overseeing the completion phase. Responsibilities will include;
* Quality Control: Ensure all finishing works meet the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.
* Health & Safety: Enforce stringent health and safety regulations on-site to ensure a safe working environment.
* Client Liaison: Maintain effective communication with clients, providing regular updates on progress and addressing any concerns.
* Documentation: Keep detailed records of work completed, materials used, and any deviations from plans or schedules.
You will need;
* Minimum of 5 years in a similar role, with significant experience in managing finishing works on large-scale construction projects.
* Relevant degree or equivalent qualifications in construction management or a related field.
* Strong leadership and team management abilities.
* Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
* Exceptional attention to detail.
