Time 4 Recruitment have a great temporary opportunity for a Finishing Manager based in Manchester for up to 12 months work - to join a well-established, award winning, national main contractor. Our client specialises in key construction projects such as Hotels and Student Accommodation, Residential Projects and it is vital you have been a Finishing Manager on similar schemes previously.The role of Finishing Manager is for an immediate start !!! This client is synonymous with forward thinking in its approach, quality and product finish working with creative solutions by using the latest construction technologies and processes.As Finishing Manager you will be responsible for managing a group of finishing contractors on a project or construction site. Your job duties include making sure the project is finished to customer satisfaction and ensuring all workers adhere to safety standards.Key responsibilities:• Manager all finishing contractors on site• Supervising all labourer and visitors on site.• Ensuring the package is on time against programme• Ensure the Site team adhere to H & S Compliance.• Ensure the Site team adhere to the high quality of works to meet the clients' demands.• Ensuring the safety of all site personnel• Productivity of Site staffSkills and Experience• Previous Finishing Manager experience is essential for this role• Previous experience on similar care home projects is preferred• SMSTS• Holds valid CSCS card• Completed and passed SMSTS• Valid First Aid certificateBenefits:• Salary £22/h - £23/h• Temporary role.• To start ASAP!!!• Weekly pay.• Location - ManchesterTo apply please forward CV to Hazel Baron through the website
