Financial Services Skills Development Tutor

The Growth Companys (GC) Education & Skills Financial Services team are looking for two Commercial Insurance experts to join their established apprenticeship delivery team. The role is suited to someone who has worked in the Insurance Industry and is looking for a new challenge coaching and mentoring the next generation of Insurance experts. We have the expertise to develop your coaching and mentoring skills to support apprentices who are just embarking on their insurance career across a wide range of employers and this role would suit someone with experience in Commercial Insurance, although Personal insurance will be considered.
The key elements of the role are to support the apprentices developing their Knowledge, Skills and Behaviours linked to their work-related activities and 121 support for the CII Certificate and/or Diploma exams (CII Professional Qualification), delivered by one of our CII Insurance Tutors.
Experience of coaching, mentoring and training staff members or colleagues in their roles is all that is needed to join our team, we can develop the skills you need to become an Insurance Skills Development Tutor.
Location:Remote delivery with travel to our Head Office in Manchester expected once per quarter.
