Job DescriptionPosition: Director, Financial Services & Insurance TransformationLocation: UKAbout: Alexander Ash are currently working with a leading global consultancy who are looking for senior individuals with approximately 15-18+ years of experience in technology-focused roles within management consulting, with a strong emphasis on the financial services and insurance industry. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in driving innovation and transformation initiatives for some of the largest global firms, contributing to their journey towards operational excellence and sustainable growth.Responsibilities:Provide leadership to capture and sell transformation solutions and services in the relevant market segmentLead and manage large-scale transformation programs, ensuring alignment with client goals and industry best practicesDrive business development through sales proposals, RFP responses, and client pitchesBuild and manage relationships with senior stakeholders, influencing decision-making in line with business goalsCreate structure for transformation programs, including target operating models and roadmapsImplement effective change management strategies to promote adoption of new processes and technologiesLead agile delivery, PI planning, and big-room planning workshopsContribute to thought leadership, intellectual property, and service offerings in the financial services & insurance domainRequirements:Bachelor's or master's degree in STEM or related field; MBA preferred10-15+ years of experience in management consulting with a focus on financial services & insuranceStrong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skillsProven success in leading and delivering complex programs in business and technologyAbility to engage with CXO and senior client stakeholdersStrategic thinker with a passion for disruptive innovationAbility to travel as requiredBenefits:Opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and develop new skillsInclusive and collaborative culture with a focus on personal and professional growthCompetitive salary and benefits package
