Financial Services Associate (teller)

SPC Credit Union is currently seeking service professionals to join our team as a FinancialService Associate in our Darlington office, working on the front lines with our most valuable assets: our Members. Inyour initial 12 months as a Financial Service Associate, you will:• Apply your experience to become fully proficient in understanding our Members’ needsand expectations by delivering consistent service excellence in alignment with ourvalues: Connection. Compassion. Community.• Efficiently assist Members with teller transactions, including accurately processingmonetary/non-monetary transactions, assisting Members with requests, and otherservice-related tasks in accordance with credit union policies and procedures.• Actively engage in relationship-building discussions with Members to identify theirfinancial needs to refer products and services and meet performance and organizationalgoals.• Use your attention-to-detail to perform service tasks in person with a high degree ofaccuracy in a fast-paced environment.
