Pertemps is seeking a dynamic Financial Services Administrator to join their client in Plymouth, one of the South West’s leading firms of Independent Financial Planners.

If you're a confident and strong administrator with an interest and background in Financial Services (IFA) then this is for you!

Job details:

Competitive salary - £22,000 - £26,000 p/a depending on experience
Full time - 9-5 Monday to Thursday, 9-4 Friday
Company Pension Scheme
21 days holiday plus bank holidays, rising by 1 day per year for each year of service up to a max of 25 days
As the Financial Services Administrator, you will do the following:

Assist with the reconciliation of Commission and Fee Statements
Maintain and reconcile Excel cashbooks
Sage bookkeeping
Accurately update and maintain information on back-office systems, including policy valuation data
Responsible for property/office-related issuesSkills, Qualifications and Experience of the Financial Services Administrator

Experience of working in a similar role in Financial Services
Highly effective time management and organisational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written)
Excellent IT skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office
Good literacy and numeracy skills
