Role

• Work closely with financial services advisors
• Liaise with clients both phone and email.
• Ensure all clients data and records are maintained.
• Process documentation
• Work closely with external customers and clients
• Respond to new business queries.
• Set up new clients.
• Arrange meetings.
• Prepare draft valuations.
• Meet and greet visitors.
• General admin

Skills required.

• Must have previous experience within an financial services role to a financial Advisor!
• Understanding of the financial planning process
• Excellent IT skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Team player
