Financial Services Account Manager
Financial Services Account Manager. A Bradley Stoke based tech driven wills, trusts and power of attorney firm are recruiting a new Financial Services Account Manager to join the team. The Financial Services Account Manager may be a Business Development Manager or Telesales Advisor or Account Manager. The role will be office based in Bradley Stoke and will be telephone based with virtual and webinar presentation where needed.

The Financial Services Account Manager will be expected to build a good grasp of unregulated legal products such as Wills, Trusts, Lasting Powers of Attorney and the company's technology platform.
The Relationship Manager will:

  • Relationship management, create, develop and manage key introducers to promote the company and drive client referrals
  • Using telephone and webinar, you will promote the company proposition
  • Communicate to our distributors with a clear understanding of the marketplace and industry developments
  • Continually improve and update product and market place knowledge
  • Maintain the sales database
  • Generally support the rest of the sales team


Relationship Manager Required experience:

  • Confidence in speaking to introducers over the telephone and video
  • A motivated, resilient and enthusiastic individual who wants to make a difference as part of a team
  • A proven track record in sales and account management
  • Effective communication and organisational skills
  • Experience in financial services


Relationship Manager Desirable

  • Experience within the Estate Planning is preferred but by no means essential
  • Experience working in an office environment
  • Knowledge and contacts within the IFA or mortgage advisor industry


Financial Services Account Manager Attributes

  • Excellent verbal communication skills, and ability to engage with professional introducers via telephone and video
  • Excellent attention to detail, both verbal and written, to ensure data accuracy
  • Able to manage and liaise with multiple introducers at different stages on different tasks
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion
  • Ability to work as a team and independently
  • Ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel and other IT systems and quick to pick up new systems


The Financial Services Account Manager starting salary is �30k, rising to �32k at the end of probation, plus �6k bonus OTE, performance and behaviour based.

The role is a full time position, 37.5 hours a week but part time would be considered for the right candidate.
